THX 1138

We're back and landed and sleepy. Just thought I'd let you all know that. No one tried to take over our plane using ice wine, maple syrup or whitening toothpaste. Or snakes. (sorry, had to do it)
I'm sure I'll go into it in more detail soon, seeing as I got a talking to from lots o' folks about the lack of blogging, but I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you.

The wedding was wicked awesome and it seemed to me that people were having a good time. But Carla and I didn't get to talk to nearly enough people. Same goes for Saturday. Carla and I feel as if we short changed you all.

We both wanted to stick around for as many days as it took and have a proper visit with everyone. Or at least say a proper goodbye to everyone.

In closing: we're in Japan, we're tired, we're sorry we didn't get to chat with you more, we're MARRIED.

See You Soon

Ry left but a scant few days ago. I teared up a bit after he had gotten on the bus. But I've been all stupid emotional lately, and both me and the lady have not been sleeping well. Not quite sure why that is.

Thought I'd just do a quick blog before we leave. Instead of packing. You understand how it is.

Carla and I need to be up in less than five hours so we can get on the bus that takes us to the plane that takes us to Tokyo. Narita to be exact. Narita's airport. Seven hours in Narita's airport.

Totally worth it simply because our flight back to Canada won't be with Air Canada. We don't like them much. So much so that in addition to the seven hours waiting for our flight to Vancouver, we spend several more hours waiting around in Vancouver for our flight into the Queen City proper.

Should be big heaps of fun!

See y'all soonish!
